To ensure the high quality of tinplate, the company owns complete equipment series. Such as 16 sets of reversing cold rolling machines, 2 sets of 4-rack continuous rolling machines, 72 sets of bell furnace,4 sets of electrolytic tinplate production line, 10 sets of trimmer plants, 5 sets of rectifying plant, 4 sets of cleaning lines and 5 sets of horizontal cutting lines.
①The rolling machine is configured with advanced AGC automatic controlling system to control precisely and stably the thickness of the plate, the minimum of which reaches 0.18mm.
②The annealing line is reasonably equipped. It can provide according to the customers requirements with BA, CA annealing products, the temper degree of which ranges in T-2,T-3 and T4.
③There're 4 sets of electrolytic tinplate line with annual capacity of 200 thousand tons. The equipment configure is developed from the Japanese new iron technology. By adopting the Frostan techniques in electrolytic plating, the quality of the product reached or approached the product quality produced by Baosteel. The machines chose imported electrostatic oiler for oil treatment under customer's requirements, which avoided scratch and rust on the products.
④The horizontal and vertical cutting lines are of high cutting precision and are produced in Taiwan.
