马口铁印刷中影响印刷反差的几大因素

        一、原稿质量原稿质量对K值的影响主要体现在晒版软片的线性以及软片显影的好坏。软片线性是指软片图案上实际的网点成数和图案本身要求的网点成数的一致性,可用标准梯尺进行检测。线性不对则生产出来的产品根本无法和原稿对应,K值的数据也就没有任何的指导意义。软片显影的好坏主要是软片输出过程中显影质量对网点质量的影响,显影不充分会造成网点边缘不清晰K值会比正常情况下变小,显影过度则会造成网点发虚、丢失,K值会比正常情况下变大。用40倍放大镜观察测控条可以检查出来。二、晒版质量晒版质量对K值的影响主要体现在曝光、显影过程中质量控制。曝光、显影过度会导致网点损失从而导致K值变大,亮调(低成网点)部分层次不够细腻;曝光、显影不够会导致高成网点层次并级K值变小,暗调部分层次感差。通过晒版测控条可以准确判断晒版质量的好坏。三、油墨适性油墨适性对K值的影响主要在于油墨的乳化性能,乳化过度会导致墨路和水路上积墨,引起糊版致使K值下降;乳化不够会使油墨的转移性变差,油墨不能均匀传递到承印物上,致使K值不稳定。油墨的乳化性能主要受油墨本身质量影响,跟油墨的连接料和助剂有关,不同油墨适性差异相差很大。四、印刷压力印刷压力对K值的影响主要还是通过油墨传递和网点质量两个方面来体现。印刷压力包括:墨路上墨辊间压力、靠版墨辊和印版间压力、水路压力、印版和橡皮布间的压力、橡皮滚筒和压印滚筒间的压力。上述任何一个压力不正常都会使网点不正常扩大,引起K值下降。五、白可丁色相从目前做的实验看,白可丁的色相差别会对其中的一个或两个颜色的K值影响较大。偏红相的可丁对红墨的K值产生影响较大,红墨的K值数据会下降较多,而对其它颜色的影响相对较小,究其原因,我们认为红色相的可丁相当于铺了底红,当整体的红达到所需的密度时其红墨的密度并没有真正达到,即当我们去掉底红时其密度要小于有底红时的密度(也就是说相同的密度下,有底红的墨层厚度比无底红的墨层厚度薄),同时底红对网点的影响比对实地的影响大。同样对于其它色相的可丁也有同样的影响,只不过影响的颜色不同而已。六、润版液润版液的PH值对我们胶版印刷的油墨转移影响非常大,是空白部分生成无机盐层的必要条件,理论上当润版液的PH值>6时印版形成无机盐层的能力大大减弱,促使空白部分的亲水能力大大下降,油墨向图文部分以上扩展,甚至导致空白部分上脏,因此在同样的实地密度下,其网点扩大率值比正常印刷条件下网点扩大率值大,相应地其K值也下降。同样的,若润版液的PH值<4.5时,油墨很容易乳化,造成糊版,引起网点扩大率增加,导致K值下降。润版液中的酒精对K值的影响也不亚于PH值对K值的影响。众所周知,酒精在印刷中的主要作用主要有降低水的表面张力和降低墨辊的温度。若酒精的浓度过低,水的表面张力无法有效降低,不能使润版液很好地在印版空白部分铺展,极易使油墨进入空白区域,导致网点扩大率增大,其次不能起到有效降温作用,导致油墨乳化过度,网点容易扩大,这些都使得K值下降。七、橡皮布橡皮布是我们平版印刷(胶印)油墨转移的中间体。印刷时,橡皮布与印版的图文部分油墨接触的同时也与印版空白部分的水相接触。因此,橡皮布主要由非极性材料的橡胶构成,以保证橡皮布最大限度地吸附油墨并转移油墨,最少限度地吸收水分。若橡皮布的这种性能不良,会导致油墨不能很好也转移至铁皮,引起K值的不规律变化。为使印刷品获得理想的K值,很大程度上取决于橡皮布的性能,评价橡皮布的性能指标主要有:油墨的传递性、伸长率、弹性、平整度等,若橡皮布的这些性能指标不佳,也就无法印刷出成型的网点,直接影响了产品的K值。目前我们所使用的橡皮布均采用气垫橡皮布,有厚薄两种气垫层。一般来说,气垫层厚的较利于印刷网点产品,其K值也较高,但不利于印刷实地的产品,相反气垫层薄的橡皮布,非常适合印刷实地的产品但不适合印刷网点产品,其K值也不易做到很高。八、环境的温湿度当印刷车间的温度升高时,油墨的粘度下降,流动性增大,同时干性植物油分离也较多的游离脂肪酸,引起空白部分亲水能力下降,图文部分的油墨向外铺展,导致网点不正常扩大,引起K值下降。若印刷车间的温度降低时,油墨屈服值增加,转移能力降低,加上印版的水分挥发能力下降,引起印刷品的K值不规律变化。当印刷车间的湿度不稳定时,生产操作人员无法正确控制印版的水量,导致印版水量时大时小,引起印刷品色差等不良,同时印品的K值也会无规律变化。综上所述,为使印刷品有一个理想的K值,必须从以上各个方面从严控制,任何一点控制不佳,均会造成K值不理想,影响最终产品质量。
